Assault in Plymouth

Appeal for witnesses
Police are currently investigating an assault which happened on Bank Holiday Monday [31 August] in Plymouth City Centre.
The incident happened at around 3.30pm outside a store called Savers on the Royal Parade.
Upon exiting the shop, the victim, a man in his 20s, was set upon by a male who was with a large group of youths.
The victim received a cut to his lip and bruises as a result of the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101@dc.police.uk or by calling 101 quoting crime reference number CR/072751/20.
