Burglary - Plymouth

One man in custody
Police were called to Southwell Road, Plymouth, at around 4.20pm yesterday, Monday 3 August, following a report of a burglary and assault.
The suspect fled on foot and a man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of burglary and assault causing actual bodily harm, at around 11.30pm at an address in the city centre. A 30-year-old man from Plymouth remains in police custody this morning.
A man in his 60s sustained a minor injury to his face during the incident and was treated in hospital.
Officers would like to thank the public for their support.
Any witnesses or anyone with any information including CCTV footage which could assist police enquiries are asked to contact police on 101 or via email at quoting log number 607, 3/8/20.
